Project 52 // Week 8 :: Make a Wish

Whenever I see any slideshows at people’s birthdays, weddings, or golden year celebrations, the photos that always stick out for me are your typical little kid behind a birthday cake shots. Something about them chronicles a part of that child’s personality at that particular age. It’s easily dated by the number of candles on the cake and there’s always a magical moment in the kid’s eyes.

Though it is not his birthday in this photo, little Noah Zachary Arevalo is happily and curiously blowing out the candles (for the 3rd time) on his Lola’s birthday cake.
